Summary/Abstract: In this article, the events that have taken place in Turkish domestic and foreign policy from past to present have been evaluated superficially and by considering international relations theories and approaches. At the same time, it was stated that the main factors affecting the direction of the course of Turkish domestic politics are the economic and political events such as the Gezi events, the 15 July Occupation Attempt and terrorism issues. Steps taken by the State to manage the strategic dimension of art in successfully implementing at certain periods of the Republic of Turkey have been mentioned. AIt has been tried to explain that it is a country that has become a playmaking and rule-making country from a state understanding with a balance policy. The reason for the expression is the difference between how our country stands before global politics in recent political history and how it stands against current politics.
