Summary/Abstract: The course of the world, continent, country, region, city and neighborhood is not only the areas determined by some intersecting lines seen on the plan, they form, renew or end each other. Some of the cities that make up the country have come to this day with a cultural journey in history. Today, cities that witness an unnoticed rush with a palimpsest stance are trying to reshape their tomorrows in different vision formations. In fact, there are traditional cities that have already been brands for centuries, and the importance of being this brand is related to the commitment to culture and keeping the culture alive. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the direction and form of change by comparing the traditional urban elements and today's urban elements in the context of culture and urbanization.
