Summary/Abstract: In this study, the legal status of Syrians who have migrated to Turkey will be discussed. The legal status of Syrians in Turkish law will be evaluated with relevant laws and regulations. Thus, we will talk about the wrong concepts regarding the legal status of Syrians in both academic and legal texts. Instead, it will be revealed which is the correct concept. To achieve this purpose, relevant laws and regulations will be examined.
