Summary/Abstract: Today, technological change, current life; communication networks, social networks, we witness that it has been reorganized with new virtual shopping platforms. The emerging visual culture has created very fast cultural, psycho-social, cognitive different behaviors through virtual networks on a global plane, and the designs produced in virtual environments have gained boundaries and transcultural functions that are rich production and consumption create diversity, as well as problems and responsibilities.
