Challenges for Employment of People With Disabilities on the Open Labour Market

Summary/Abstract: Employment of people with disabilities is a policy issue on the EU, national, and local levels. The main trend in this area is the employment of people with disabilities in the open labor market, which means – inclusive, integrated, and sustainable and inclusive employment. An empirical survey conducted in Bulgaria shows a different view of three parties – social workers, people with disabilities, and employees about the main challenges in front of national policy implementation in this direction.
