The Public Service Radio And Its Staff.

Summary/Abstract: The topic of my doctoral research was the change of public service radio broadcasting, through the example of the Hungarian broadcast of the regional studio belonging to the Romanian Radio Company (Kolozsvári Rádió), between 1989 and 2016. As part of this study, I asked the staff how they see their own mission/role, which topics do they consider important, intheir opinion what fits into that mission. My conclusion is that the employees are aware of the role and mission of the regionalradio addressed to the Hungarian minority and they can find their best place in that work.
