Summary/Abstract: The article highlights that the result of thinking trends (Tibetan, Hindu, Buddhist, Zen and others) was meant to model human behavior and not to make people believe in something, while religions aim to impregnate the soul for faith, but both have just one purpose, to create happiness for people, only that this is achieved in different ways. It is difficult to choose between the two ways of reaching human happiness.
