Summary/Abstract: The right to health is conditioned by the health system. The organization of the health system is a key determinant of individual and community health, putting its mark on the whole human life starting with birth (a safe maternity) and ending with the specific care of the elderly. The performance of a health system depends on the flow of the fundraising for health and its distribution to the suppliers.
