Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the issue of the legal status of the victim in proceedings as to disciplinary responsibility of students. The rights of the victim in both the explanatory proceedings and the proceedings before disciplinary commission have been presented.Problems occurring in the practice of disciplinary bodies as well as ways of solving them have been indicated. Many de lege ferenda proposals have been also been formulated.
