The statute of limitation for instituting disciplinary proceedings for student disciplinary tort

Summary/Abstract: The paper refers to the issue of the limitation period for instituting disciplinary proceedings for student disciplinary tort under the provisions of the Law on Higher Education and Science. The aim is to determine the legal nature of these institutions,assess the basic exponential problems associated with it, and finally consider the possible directions of amendment to the provisions in this regard. The considerations relate to the prescription of a student disciplinary tort, but apply to an identically regulated prescription for disciplinary doctoral torts. The study concludes with an amendment to art. 324 paragraph 4 of the Act.
