Summary/Abstract: Being directly inspired by a society corrupted by evil and the burden of perpetual self-questioning, the poetic word in A Season in Hell and The Evil of Ghosts appears as a kind of shelter where the word becomes a living instrument with its varied forms that give poets access to instances of rare sensations and unexpected hallucinations. Conveying an ambitious message and the duty of recovery of a whole people, the language of Rimbaud and Fondane seeks to escape reality, but it hides a literary ambition that consists of freeing the language of the common, supposedly vicious, concept. It adopts an approach that overturns linguistic structures and normative grammar, generating a word that bears the contradiction of poetry itself.
