Summary/Abstract: It seems that world has changed in January 2020, with the COVID-19 outbreakin the Far East countries. In all the countries, all over the world, including Israel, the public wasexposed to the ramified complexity of the world of medicine, its unique characteristics, its needs, andits organizational – occupational structure. The medical reality pressed on the medical institutes, andin some countries even led to the local health system collapse. This article will try to describe theupdate strategy of medical assistance in order to develop the abilities of countries to face the COVID19 challenges.
