Summary/Abstract: The article presents the analysis of psychological peculiarities of youth intransitional society: values sphere, attitude to the future and the influence of socio-cultural context.The empirical data regarding the socio-cultural values of Moldovan youth emphasize the value offamily, personal development, the youth tendency to be subject of socio-economic changes, andrepresent one of the foundations of society consolidation.
