If someone had preferred to reject this statement, he certainly could not have found anothermoment in the history of civilization, where all over the world, the daily life of people from allcountries and nations was suddenly stopped, suspended, broken, closed between national and localborders without a return to normality. The very concept of "normality" has been seriously shaken. The general quarantine, introduced as part of measures to combat the spread of the infection, hasdisrupted the entire world economy.
