Summary/Abstract: Many experts believe that rapid development of new technologies will helpremove some of the constraints that currently impede the creation of a knowledge society, such asgeographic distance or unique constraints on communications. It is true that networking can breakthe occlusion of knowledge, such as scientific and technical knowledge. Scientific and technicalknowledge is now classified to varying degrees, mainly for strategic and military reasons. However,some barriers still hinder the acquisition of knowledge and new barriers have emerged. How can weaccept that the future knowledge society works like those specialized clubs with only a few "luckyones"? it is necessary for knowledge to ensure well-being
