Summary/Abstract: This article presents a brief analysis of the quality of the hotel services of Chisinau city during 2010-2018, including statistical data of the indices of net use of acting touristic accommodation capacity for 4 and 5 stars’ hotels. The authors explained the qualitative and quantities aspects of hotel industry.
