Combining the characteristics of strategic management with strategic marketing, the process aims to take advantage of the business opportunities and stable market position for achieving the company's goals. The key role of the process also consists in the necessity of making effective decisions and take adequate actions as a result of corporate strategies’ formulation and implementation.
