Summary/Abstract: This exhaustive and partially, exclusive terrorism analysis discusses a strange case of possible institutional oversight: UNMIK's apparent failure to crack down on an Islamic charity, the Revival of Islamic Heritage Society, that had been banned in several countries and which was fingered as a prime funder of massive bombings in Bangladesh in August, 2005. The RIHS' connections with terror are attested by lengthy reports on their activities since the early 1990's in Albania, Azerbaijan and Bangladesh. Has the UN now let them roam free in Kosovo? Exclusive testimony with whistleblower and former OSCE security officer Tom Gambill, which includes official photographic evidence, would seem to indicate yes. But Gambill's testimony would seem to indicate a shocking disinterest in the group from UN and military top brass in Kosovo.
