Summary/Abstract: Leaflets represent a specific category of the typographic items, usually not indexed by specialised repertoires/bibliographies. These texts cover a wide range of topics: from political and military life to social, cultural and religious life of the geographic area wherein or for which they were printed. The collection of the Reference Library ˮBethlen Gábor” from Aiud holds 6 printings of this type in Romanian, appeared in Blaj and Sibiu, in the latter part of the XVIIIth century. According to currently available sources, one of the leaflets preserved in Aiud, namely Decret al împărătesei Maria Tereza pentru amnistia fugarilor întorși în țară (Decree issued by empress Maria Theresa to grant pardons to fugitives returned in the country) (Blaj, 1768), is a one-off copy!
