Summary/Abstract: Grigore Antipa had the idea to name Geonomy the system to manage rationally the waterside and the Danube delta. The Romanian scientist, in his conference in Bucharest in 1909, defined Geonomy as being the science of the relation between the environment and human societies. The Danube delta is a very anthropic system, because the human activities have an impor tant impact over the equilibrium of this ecosystem. Here the are two dynamic systems which condition reciprocally: one system is the humanity, the man, with his knowledge and instruments of work, the other is the environment, which man could man age. This reciprocity classifies the two systems as being a pair of systems with anticipation and retardation. This paper intro duces a mathematical pattern for this manner of the reciprocal conditioning and reach important conclusions for the modalities to make prognoses about the future evolution of the implicated systems.
