Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, there is a growing need for a change in response to the environment in which the objects of management operate. The change takes place in conditions characterized by lack of management skills, ignorance of the dynamic processes that influence decision-making, the use of ineffective management approaches and a way of thinking that does not change with the change of the organizational environment. In the business environment, the concept of management culture is perceived as one of the main ways to achieve success and competitiveness.The subject of this research is the management culture of the Bulgarian managers. Initially, the elements were derived from a comparative analysis of different concepts and the search for an analogy with the elements of management culture. Subsequently, after conducting the survey, the respondents will evaluate and compile a final list of elements of the management culture of managers in Bulgarian conditions. In order to achieve the goal stated in the article, we applied: a survey and a method of expert evaluations.
