Summary/Abstract: In this paper the study case of the Aprendo+ courses is presented as a proposal of the so-called lifelong learning, which the UNAM offers to the Spanish-speaking community, seeking to return the knowledge generated within the university to society. The Aprendo+ courses are self-learning and are supported by the use of ICT.
