Summary/Abstract: The Montenegrin elections (August 31, 2020) led to defeat of the previous ruling coalition (primarily the DPS, although individually it is still a party with the most votes) while its president remains in office until 2023. Most, however, see the outcome of the elections as a last chance for “the survival of the Serb people in Montenegro and read millennial Serbian national and state traditions ”.
