Summary/Abstract: During months of isolation and a state of emergency over the coronary virus pandemic (Covid 19), the Serbian government has shown its character - from arrogance, to striving to take absolute control of all segments of life in the country. And especially, over the citizens. Although the introduction of a state of emergency, even just an emergency situation, implies certain restrictions on human rights, the line between measures necessary in the name of security and their abuse at the expense of rights and freedoms is delicate, so it is all the easier to cross. In the case of Serbia, that was evident.
