DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL FUNCTION FROM REPUBLIC TO THE PRESENT IN HAKKARİPROVINCE

Summary/Abstract: In terms of educational indicators, the province of Hakkari has remained below the country average since the Republic. Some general characteristics of the province have led to lag in terms of educational function. Due to its geographical location and structure, transportation and communication facilities have not developed in the province, which has been in an isolated region throughout history. Also being far from the important urban centers of the country and the security problems in the region have negatively affected the development of educational opportunities.
