Budget Transparency in the Republic of Moldova

Summary/Abstract: As the article title suggests, scientific research will be directed to highlighting the transperency in public sector, specially the budget transparency in Moldova. In fact, given the complexity of the transparency issue, we decided in this study to refer only to the role of this phenomenon in the budget process. Transparency in the planning and execution of the state budget and the budgets of the administrative-territorial units represents an important principle of the budgetary process.
