Summary/Abstract: This article outlines the history and activities of the Society for Technical Courses in Radom, a pioneering private educational institution offering continuing vocational training for adults in Radom in the interwar period. The Radom Society for Technical Courses played a key role as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and skills between education and industry, creating the conditions for effective cooperation of various professional groups (teachers, instructors, railwaymen, industrial workers, and industrialists) for the benefit of both the professional education network and people employed in industry.
