Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this article is to explore and systematize key leadership competencies in the context of performance management, communication and feedback. To achieve this, a number of research tasks are carried out, which are structured in two main directions: a) exploring and presenting the essential characteristics of leadership competencies; b) systematizing key leadership competencies in both feedback and recognition of achievements and communication and encouraging teamwork. Identifying and implementing the necessary leadership competencies for effective performance is increasingly becoming a challenge and a challenge for organizations.
