Summary/Abstract: The study highlights the current situation in Romania regarding children who commit criminal acts and are not criminally liable. In this sense are established by the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection, specific measures for supervision, promotion, protection, education of the child in question and the obligations of the parents.
