Summary/Abstract: Starting from the analysis of the crime of simple smuggling regulated by Article 270 of the Law no. 86/2006 on the customs code of Romania, the article presents and analyzes the main problems related to the forensic investigation of the crime of simple smuggling.Also, in the article the author carries out a legal analysis of the crime of simple smuggling.
