The Subjects of the Legal Relationship Born Out of Insurance Contracts, in the Mirror of the Interests of the Ensured

Summary/Abstract: It is difficult for individuals to bear the consequences of the dangers and risks that arise in society. The legal institution of insurance serves to facilitate this burden bearing. There are a number of studies that deal with some of the rules of this institution, but very little research is done on the subjects of insurance, without which the contract could not exist. The position of the subjects is determined by the insurance interest that is the subject of the insurance, which is why the examination of the subjects through the insurance interest raises a number of intriguing questions. The present study is intended to further this inquiry.
