Summary/Abstract: This paper will reflect the methodology of archival material description according to the international archival standard ISAD (G). This standard is approved by the International Archives Council to assist the community and archivists in understanding and improving archival material. This document is a tool and a contemporary instrument in archival science. The ISAD (G) standard brings professional responsibility to archival theory and practice.
