Summary/Abstract: Method for organizing students' independent work is suggested in the article. The purpose of the work was to substantially improve and motivate the student to independent study on the subject “First medical aid in extreme and combat conditions. Primary inspection of the injured”. Scientific novelty. Establishment of simulation centers, or interdepartmental simulation centers, will significantly improve the students training in compliance with the training program for reserve medical officers. Conclusions. The suggested management of students’ independent work on the subject “First medical aid in extreme and combat conditions. Primary inspection of the injured” significantly improves training students in compliance with the program of reserve medical officers training, because it necessitates permanent information and technical updating of the educational process, in accordance with the needs of the information community, the level of science, technology, world educational standards, and promotes the level of professional, informational and communicational training and general cultural intelligence of students. Organization of the self-studying of students on the given subject significantly improves the training of students in the program of training officers of the reserve medical service, because it necessitates the constant information and technical updating of the educational process, in accordance with the needs of the information community. For the other hand, the level of science, technology, world educational standards and promotes form and useful ground, give many advantages to self-studying manuals and programs. The percent of involving students in all these processes put the level of information higher as well as professional, preparation and general level of studying skills.
