Educational Systems' Efficiency Evaluation on the Basis of Student Performance: Comparison Finland – Germany

Summary/Abstract: In this work the results of the PISA research (Programme for International Student Assessment) are discussed with the focus on comparison of results in Finland and Germany. The research showed that Finnish students were exceedingly successful in all three domains of literacy – reading, mathematical and scientific.
