Summary/Abstract: In the scope of this article, we could observe the different legal narrative relating to the same historical events that happened in the Territory of Romania during World War 2. Although suffering for the same racial persecutions rights of survivors of the same historical event were and still are in many ways different. This article aims to give a less historical but an international survey of legal jurisprudence as for legal definition of rights rendered to Holocaust survivors under various laws. It aims to allow the reader a glimpse of fine symbiotic between historical research, contemporary legal definition, and the change of Holocaust narrative over the years. The article would also allow us to learn more of different jurisprudence and historical comprehension all due to various different legislation and legal understanding of the persecution of the Jews and the damages caused by the Nazi (NS) Regime wrong doing. It is important to note in this respect, that compensation legislation has enveloped over the years, and arrangements have more often been modified to resolve open restitution or compensation issues.
