Summary/Abstract: In the doctrine of international law, there are ongoing discussions about the subjectivity of individual actors. This is mainly due to the fact that there is no norm indicating directly who is the subject – entity – in accordance with public international law. Therefore, in the article, the author made an attempt to answer which entities are distinguished according to international public law and who other actors aspire to obtain subjectivity. The article describes the entities (state and non-states) of international public law, as well as other participants of international relations, for whom there is a debate regarding their acquisition of the subjectivity.
