Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we will see how legal solutions are defined within BiH and the Republika Srpska to protect the best interests of the child. Society, in general, has realized that there is a justified need to deal with this topic in a systematic way. The development of society and information technology systems has played a role in creating a new media paradigm where children are the most vulnerable group. In the second part, we will look at the potential challenges that need to be addressed with the right measure, and the role of various factors in society, with particular emphasis on the role of parents.
