DESCRIPTION OF THE ENTITIES AND THEIR LEGITIMACY TO SOLVE THE ASSEMBLY TO ENSURE PUBLIC SAFETY AND ORDER

Summary/Abstract: The main task of the state is to provide citizens with protection of their lives and health. In fulfilling these tasks, the state should have legal regulations relevant to each situation and entities prepared to act in order to implement the set priorities. The basic premise of the publication is to present the entities authorized to dissolve the assembly in order to ensure security and public order during its duration, depending on the circumstances and type of assembly. In this regard, on the one hand, a historical analysis of the conditions regarding the dissolution of the assembly will be presented, on the other, current problems and legal grounds indicating the rights of entities in this respect.
