ADMINISTRATIVE SETTLEMENT AS A CONSENSUAL LEGAL FORM OF ACTION PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Summary/Abstract: An administrative settlement is a legal form of public administration, which is often referred to as a consensual form. In doctrine, it is not a frequent subject of analysis because, due to its diverse legal nature, it raises many doubts as to its correct classification. The authors of the article have attempted to characterize the administrative settlement in the light of the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure and the Civil Code, as well as with regard to representatives of administrative law doctrines represented.
