Summary/Abstract: The content of the article is the issue of providing telecommunications data for the purposes of criminal proceedings. Telecommunications data are used in this case for evidence purposes. Issues related to the mode of making them available are analyzed, in particular the possibility of challenging decisions on making them available for the purposes of criminal proceedings. The issue of the possibility of covering telecommunications data by professional secrets is also being considered.
