Summary/Abstract: The study delves to explore association that exists between a firm's ethos, worker retention, and employee allegiance using Globacom Ltd workers as the population of the study. The study adopted a descriptive research design and survey method. The stratified selection method was used in determining the study sample size. The main instrument for data collection is the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics was adopted in the presentation and analysis of data. Two hypotheses were tested using correlation coefficient and alternative hypotheses were acknowledged. Findings indicate an association between organizational culture and staff retention, and also a substantial connection between organizational values and employees' allegiance. The research recommends that a firm’s ethos must be adhered to by all and sundry within the establishment to ginger consistency within the firm leading to obligation and then set competence.
