Summary/Abstract: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey's foreign policy has been an important place in each period. Both geographically located locations and historical and cultural partnerships were the factors that brought the two states closer together. Turkey may be effective in terms of the Balkans; cooperation began to appreciate gradually be made with states in the region. In particular, after the Second World War, policies to reduce the repression of armed conflicts and military forces began to be implemented and the concept of cultural diplomacy emerged in these years. Emerging technologies, and consequently, increased communication opportunities have greatly facilitated the access of societies to information. In this age of information and communication, traditional diplomacy has lost its former influence. The activities carried out to ensure that societies do not think well, rather than statesmen or diplomats, are called cultural diplomacy. It is possible to see cultural diplomacy as a kind of interstate public relations. In this context, Turkey is using elements of cultural diplomacy in its relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this study, Turkey's soft power and cultural diplomacy as necessary and beneficial, especially as Bosnia and Herzegovina would be appropriate for use as historical and cultural ties to countries where stated.
