Summary/Abstract: The report presents an analysis of pedagogical formulations and trends in the pedagogical practice (including non-professional and educational) provoked by the current social situation in a global and national aspect. This article is an attempt to focus attention on the positives and risks of different interpretations of the human and personal centered approach in pedagogical regulation and practice.
