Labour accounts system as a modern research tool

Summary/Abstract: In Poland there are many studies concerning labour markets, but an international, consistent methodology for creating work accounts has not been developed. Currently there are guidelines, which do not include all the issues proposed by the ILO and Eurostat. This article presents the definition of accounts work system and the discuss its role and importance in the modern, integrated system of statistical data presentation, as well as a comparison of work accounts system with the system of national accounts and social-flow matrix.
