Summary/Abstract: In the beginning the author describes Bunin’s outlook as a belief in fatalism so as to show later how verbal means is conformed to this assumption. Verbal means includes, among other things, the lack of exposition in the most of the writer’s works, personification of phenomena belonging to the world of nature, and also resignation from psychologism.
