Summary/Abstract: The specificity of tourism, which distinguishes it from other branches of economy, lies in the spatial natureof experiences (a close connection between travelers' experiences and a specific location). The article presentsa definition and types of market experience (based on the literature on the subject), followed by the concept of brandtourism experience and its classifications according to selected criteria. The core of the study is a review of the spacesconducive to the creation of experiences (natural and specially designed) and the description of the tourism experiencespace from the theoretical perspective. At the end of the article, the main problems and prospects for the developmentof research into the space of tourist experiences are indicated.
