Summary/Abstract: This paper offers a general view of the literature which has had an impact on the evolution of listening and interpersonal skills in teaching English for specific purposes. As for the scientific context covered, the first part of the article provides some information about listening and demonstrate their interd Braham, J & Elston, C 2010). It is extremely important to acknowledge the fact that listening and interpersonal skills are essential to the process of learning itself (e.g. Burkill et al, 2000). Therefore, interpersonal and listening skills will play a vital role in on these types of skills.
