Summary/Abstract: At present the need of police cooperation has become more and more obvious due to the fact that political and social changes have influenced national and regional traditions so that the police education systems of the police colleges are different and multilateral. There are still legislation differences regarding the law principles and interpretations which make that every state to have ad istinct national tradition or culture. At the European level there are major differences in financing the police educational system that can create difficulties in participation of all members in the leading committee of the organisation as well as annually organised conferences on various topics.
