Summary/Abstract: In a modern society where illicit activities take shape, education is the only way to diminish these practices. Education is done in the family, in society, in school, and positively imprints individuals as adults. The educated man has the ability to form continuously while having the reason not to violate the law. Information creates power, the power that man has to use in his favor, constantly fighting against illicit activities, the law being a basic tool.
