Summary/Abstract: The training system for employees is increasingly included by employers in the company’s business strategy as an important link in personnel management and its development. Without understanding that the trainings obviously translate into better results and better quality of services rendered (or production of tangible goods), the organization will not only fail to achieve the assumed strategic goals, but also has no chance for proper development and competitiveness. In the article, the author presents the training system as one of the methods of human resource management, explains such concepts as human resources and employee training, discusses the essence of human resource management and the impact of training on the quality of employees’ professional duties. The theoretical part was supported by own research.
